Job Description

Cloud Networking EngineerNokias IP Division is recruiting highly motivated Software Developers & Test Engineers. Our Teamis developing exciting new products that allow our customers to build and control their datacentrenetworks.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Microservice development experience in Golang, Java, or any modern programming language
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, Kubernetes controllers, Kubernetes Platforms like OpenShift, public clouds AWS EKS/Microsoft Azure. Experience developing Cloud Native Network Functions is preferred.
  • Kubernetes networking CNI experience is a nice to have.
  • Experience on technologies like ELK, Prometheus, Kafka, Docker and databases like Mongo, Redis,neo4j etc.
    • Knowledge of network management concepts and basic protocols like REST, GNMI etc.
    • Understanding of Basic IP Networking (Routing & Switching).
ADDITIONAL SKILLSKnowledge on Datacentre architecture and protocols like BGP, L2VPN, L3VPN, VXLAN, EVPN is desired.Job Role : Software Development Engineer Platforms and SystemsAs a key member of the ION SRPG team, you will be designing platforms and systems software for the 7210 line of products.Desired Skills/Requirements :
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Software Developer.
  • Strong C/C++ programming experience. In depth knowledge of various data structures and algorithms.
  • Strong system programming and OS fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of BSP or Bringup code. Experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to peripherals like I2C, PCIe, USB. Experience in writing drivers for any device is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ARM or MIPS processor is a plus.
