Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionPrincipal Accountabilities

  • Proofread new and updated labeling and packaging documents to ensure that all required changes have been accurately completed. Write and review content for grammar, spelling and capitalization. Ensure that brand and Corporate Identity standards have been met.
  • Compile any corrections, changes, errors or inconsistencies using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effectively use Corporate Identity reference guides to ensure consistency throughout all materials.
  • Proofread against redline change requirements.
  • Work cooperatively with the team to meet all specified deadlines.
  • Labeling and Packaging experience with understanding of brand management strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat. AutoCad knowledge is a plus.
  • Must have knowledge of standard proofreader marks and sentence structure.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for catching mistakes.
  • Must be highly organized and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within
