Job Description

    Defining the test automation strategy and developing CI/CD test automation frameworks to support new product launchesDevelop and execute test plansImplement automated test cases for a new product line in the Philips Hue ecosystem which includes Cloud, Mobile Application, and Embedded Device softwareDocument, investigate and communicate defects discovered during test executionClosely collaborate with QA, software developers, product managers, and external partners, both on-site and internationally, to jointly ensure we deliver high quality productsYour qualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.At least 6 years of experience in software engineering or software testing with at least 3 years track record in developing robust, scalable test automation solutions for complex software productsExperience with Java and Python or similar languages, automation tools, and network communication technologies including HTTP APIsEffective communication and collaboration skillsStrong quality mindset and passion for delivering the best consumer IoT and Smart Home product experiencesPreferred: Experience testing IoT products combining device firmware and cloud services, and domain knowledge in Smart Home and/or Audio/Video processingWhat youll get in returnOpportunity to work in one of the Great Places to Work organization in Bangalore/IndiaExposure to Philips Hue products/systems and related technology, State of the art software design/development/testing/verification methodologiesYou will be a Beta User for experiencing Philips Hue products and provide feedbackOpportunities to work with globally distributed teams and need based overseas travel exposuresCompetitive salary commensurate with professional experience, capabilities and potentialAccess to extensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personalized learning platform, free training and coachingWork life balance, participation in cultural activities,
