Senior UI / UX Designer

Job Description

Development of high quality, responsive final screen designs for web applications/ Mobile apps throughout the complete lifecycle Development of modern user interfaces/user-oriented solutions based on UX knowledge for various end devices Create graphics, icons, layouts and renderings with popular software tools such as Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator Independent development of functional interaction solutions (user journeys, navigation flows, scribbles, wireframes, interactive prototypes) in close coordination with product owners, business development managers and developers Creation and improvement of wireframes, prototypes, style guides and userflows for effective communication of interaction ideas Advising customers in the process of design development/development of function-driven interfaces Provide training and guidance in areas of UI/UX to business units and external development partners Build and own the UI/UX design guideline and Component Library for ContiTech and ensure all products are harmonized from UI/UX perspective Requirements: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Web Design or adequate web design experience with excellent academic records Profound years of experience in the relevant field Very good knowledge of a range of web design tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Sketch, Invison Knowledge in frontend coding e.g. HTML/CSS/JavaScript Experience in Frameworks like Vue.js/React.js is a plus Ability to create, improve and use wire-frames, prototypes, style guides and user flows to effectively communicate your interaction ideas Understanding of user-centered design methods, rapid prototyping and responsive web design University degree in Digital Media or Web Design at least 6+ years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech or media companies. You are an incredible designer with amazing design chops. You ve shipped many consumer products over the years, and understand what it takes to create awesome, consumer-oriented experiences. Proficiency in Axure, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Conceptualization. Has visual design & In-depth understanding of Design Principles, Leadership skills, End to end client communication. Deep understanding of Apple s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google s material design. Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs. Strong communication skills, with the ability to share design ideas to various external and internal stakeholders.
