    • Minimum 5 years of experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for consumer or enterprise software technology products
    • Experience contributing to and/or applying design standards in product design required
    • Online portfolio demonstrating focus on design process, interaction design, design systems, visual design, creation of guidelines and finished documentation is required
    • Strong interaction and visual design skills; able to create artifacts quickly with the right level of fit and finish
    • Proven ability to create end-to-end designs -- from interaction design through creating or driving the visual design and documentation
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Knowledgeable about best-in-class UI + UX patterns and best practices
    • Extremely high attention to detail. You set the bar for UI perfection and consistency
    • Demonstrated experience developing and communicating UI design specifications
    • Proven effectiveness working in global, cross-functional teams
    • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, InVision, and other design tool
