The other marquee angel investors include Kunal Shah, Founder and CEO, CRED; Jitendra Gupta, Founder and CEO, Jupiter; Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal, Co-founders, Meesho; Mohd Farid, Co-founder, Sharechat; Amrish Rau, CEO, Pine Labs; Harsimarbir Singh, Co-founder, Pristyn Care; Rohit and Kunal Bahl, Co-founders, Snapdeal; and Ravish Naresh, Co-founder and CEO, Khatabook.JD for SEO Specialist:Were looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help us drive more organic traffic and optimize online presence across website, play store, social media etc.Roles & Responsibilities:- Own Organic traffic for the company: Create and manage an SEO roadmap to win a share of voice on Google Search for high intent and high-volume search and drive relevant traffic to the platform. - End to end ownership of performance content strategy & execution across channels and content formats.- Work in close collaboration with the Product, User Acquisition and Analytics teams to tie SEO/ASO efforts to quantifiable results like retention, LTV, ROI. - Perform periodic technical audits on the website/pages, making short- and long-term technical SEO strategy recommendations in terms of (page load, Mobile friendly UI/UX), page speed, CWV (core web vitals) etc.- Oversee backlink analysis, competitive analysis on our website, identify problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner. - Recommend changes to website architecture, content strategy, link building, and other factors impacting SEO positions for target keywords.- Stay up to date on the latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends- Drive organic acquisition on PlayStore, leveraging every channel available to defend/optimize top ranks in stores, rank for more keywords and improve conversion in the stores.- Conduct ASO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests) and prove their effectiveness.- Collaborate & work with both internal and external stakeholders for creatives, content, dashboards, and product changes.Requirements:- Minimum 4+ years of extensive experience in SEO. Agency experience is a plus.- Passion for data, metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans.- Strong understanding of Content Marketing, On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO, Advanced link building etc.- Should have a basic understanding of HTML, Meta tags, redirections, deep links, sitemaps, etc.- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.- Understanding about different types of keywords (Brand, Competitor, Transactional, Informational) and Off-page techniques including PR link building.- Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, etc.- Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environments.- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written. - Ability to work within a team and independently.- Ability to drive results in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment.- A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and resourcefulness.- Thrives in a team environment and strong willingness to learn and adapt.,
