Job Description TITLE: SharePoint Administrator REPORTING To: IT TOOLS & PROCESSES MANAGER WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore OVERALL OBJECTIVES: Administrate SharePoint used by 10000 Users a day. Perform 2nd Level Help desk incident management; - Produce number of power shell script for pro - actively administrate SharePoint. SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS: IT Tools & Process department is in charge of managing several Tools related to IT (TFS, MagicDraw, Balsamic, Jama) or more global (SharePoint) and used by several thousands of users in different laboratories worldwide. Following ITIL good practices, GAMP5 guidelines, Internal IT Tools procedures and working instructions, the mission of the SharePoint Administrator: Monitor 2nd level support queues and provide support to Key- Users; Investigate incidents and provide technical solution to issue found.interact, whenever appropriate with 3rd level support entities to address resolution of issue.Perform over all system(s) monitoring, maintenance and configuration; Perform Approved configuration changes by using applicable graphical interface and/ or scripting languages.EVOLUTION: In a fast growing group, successful leaders are frequently being offered increased areas of responsibility (subject to geographic mobility). REQUIRED PROFILE: Personal Skills: Autonomous Proactive Analytical - Rigorous. Initial Education Background: BSc minimum or equivalent in IT degree. Additional Education Background: MSc or equivalent in Quality Management (Industry). Language skills and level expected: Fluent in English with good pronunciation. French would be appreciated. (Mother tongue; Fluent; Professional) Type and duration of previous experience: Having worked in an Information Technology context, provided IT support for international companies and dealt with quality related topics. Technical knowledge (e.g. IT ): Good IT knowledge background is required; Understanding and knowledge of Web Applications from a technical perspective; Prior experience in SharePoint 2010 administration; Knowledge of SharePoint, TFS is an added value PowerShell scripting knowledge is mandatory.
