    Associate Director - Customer Success-IndiaAssociate Director ECS - JDDuties and responsibilities:- Manage, Coach the customer success managers team- Manage enterprise delivery operations- Manage escalations, set priorities- Accountable for NPS and Renewal- Drive a product approach to Customer Success, focus on standardization- Collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Solutioning- Developing and maintaining quarterly renewal forecast- Create reports, notes, presentations for business review discussions- Create monthly revenue & margin reports- Analyzing, recommending and implementing process improvements- Be a Customer Advocate across the organization- Own a set of priority accounts as the customer success managerDesired skills:- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention- Experience in Training and Education domain- Experience in presales, consulting on technical products/SaaS products- Very good written and verbal communication- Detail oriented and data oriented- Strong team player but still a self-starter, with prior team management experience- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-flyExperience & Qualification:- Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years in customer success- Prior team management experience of at least 2 years- Preferred qualification: Engineering in IT/Computer with MBA,
