Name of the Position: Snr. UI Designer / Visual Designer Experience Required: 5- 9 years Major Responsibilities: Visual design definition, direction and execution. Design intuitive, usable and engaging mobile &web interactions and interface designs Conduct usability research (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorts, user interviews, and usability tests) and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions Expertise: Good Knowledge of Ecommerce web and mobile design, solid experience in creating UI designs storyboards, user flows. Additional Requirements: Translate high level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends. Highly creative, Design intuitive, usable and engaging Web and mobile application interactions and interface designs Proficient with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies Proficiency to establish the visual design language of project. Consulting with clientele and lead experience architect Provide clear justification for design decisions with relevant data and sound judgment Collaborate with cross- functional teams as well as the broader UX team throughout the design process Develop and maintain detailed user- interface specifications Experience leveraging a design style guide / system to optimize and enhance visual experiences Adobe software proficiency is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator, and other, Aftereffects, Flash a plus) Sound illustration and Drawing skills.
