Hardware emulation has become an indispensable validation tool for large and complex SoC targeting data center, networking, AI and super computers. Here is an opportunity to participate in leading edge validation technology (emulation).In this capacity, you will work with cross functional team - RTL, Val / Verification, Emulation Transactor, BIOS, microcode, emulation test teams and emulation tools vendors - to define and execute emulation model build and bring-up. You will work the multiple stakeholders to define emulation platform requirements, understand micro-architecture and architecture of SOC including processors, NOC, high speed memories, security, etc and also the emulation transactors. Analyze the scope, define, build and bring-up emulation models, adapt and enhance the debug infrastructure, which includes debug infrastructure development, debug failures and ensure functionality as per specifications. Develops debug and test execution automation (including memory preloaders) collaterals and integrates it with the emulation/FPGA model. Bring-up and debugs the emulation/FPGA model and collaterals. Defines and develops new capabilities and HW/SW tools to enable emulation/FPGA model usability for pre-Silicon and post-Silicon functional validation as well as SW development/validation. Develops improvements to usability by RTL validation and debugging of failing RTL and Post-Si tests on the emulation platform. Interfaces with pre-silicon Validation teams for adopting pre-Si validation environments, test suites and methodologies for emulation efficiency.
