SOC / MDR Presales Consultant Security Intelligence & Analytics (SIA) PracticeJob Summary: SOC / MDR Presales Consultant is responsible to drive end-to-end presales process for both proactive and reactive opportunities for one of the region (US or EU or APAC or Middle East) as part of Security Intelligence Presales Team (Focus Areas: SIEM, UEBA, Threat Intelligence, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Deception, Incident Response, Threat Hunting). Engage sales team to qualify requirements and own presales process to propose solutions to align with technical and commercial requirements of client.Responsibilities: - Develop proposals in the SOC / MDR areas but not limited to; SIEM, UEBA, Threat Intelligence, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Deception, Incident Response, Threat Hunting for large enterprise clients, by leveraging Wipros offerings & solutions.- Own and drive end-to-end presales process (requirement understanding, solution approach, solution review with Sales and finalization, commercial modeling, contract documentation) for both proactive and reactive opportunities.- Consult and review with sales/account/bid leads to align on win themes.- Define and articulate solution overview, description, deliverables, transition & transformation plan, technology and process enhancements with value propositions & key differentiators.- Review proposal response with leadership team all the identified critical opportunities.- Ensure review and feedback process is complete before proposal response submission.- Ensure validation of technical and pricing response is aligned to Wipro and industry benchmark.- Present Practice offerings, capabilities and proposed solution clients.- Engage sales and account team, and provide presales support in each milestone / stage of an opportunity for successful shortlist and follow-up action items.- Reviews and tracks progress as per the bid plan and takes corrective actions.- Plan and drive customer visits (virtual tours) and collaborate with stakeholders for successful outcome.- Perform research on new service offerings in the concerned technology area to support new opportunity generation- Work on case studies to be published to the external world- Creation and maintenance of Practice presales documents and collateralsCompetencies :- Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills- Collaborative Working- Security Intelligence domain knowledge and experience- 10 + Year Experience- Client Centricity- Learning Agility- Effective Communication- Proposal Writing,
