This person will possess deep license rule understanding, expertise of using SAM Tools, project management skills, technical understanding of key platforms (MS, Oracle, IBM etc.) to produce compliance balance reports and to propose valid optimizations. They will collaborate closely with IT License Managers and other IT Infra resources to manage SAM data issues. This role will support handling SAM inquiries, audits, service requests and complaints and action them in accordance with Nokia policies.Main Responsibilities: Act as the central data coordinator for all relevant software license and software usage data.Record, research and analyze software license data and dedicated consumption information. Provide SW Asset Management support activities for auditing purposeManage day-to-day license requests from License Managers in the Software Asset Management (SAM) tooling.Define, prepare and publish software reports with data from SAM Tools, CMDB etc., identify best data sources and data linkage to retrieve customized software reports.Configure and apply the license rules in the SAM Tooling correctlyVerify the data quality in the SAM tools/sources, drive corrective actions to improve the data quality with License Managers, Service Owners, other stakeholders.Administrate the SAM tool set from a data management point of view.Ownership of the SAM processes and steer process implementation in related toolsIdentify and resolve (basic) SW Asset Management issuesKey Competencies: 3 Years of hands on experience in SW Asset ManagementExperience in SAM tools (tools such as Flexera, Aspera, ServiceNow ITAM, ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery, ILMT, Snow etc.) to generate and maintain compliance positions for Data Centers, Cloud / SaaS environments and on workstationsStrong system experience and computing skills SQL / DB knowledge, MS Power BI, MS SharePoint, MS OfficeGood Project Management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation of issues.Good verbal and written communication skills in English with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in process definition and improvement.Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized universityAt least 5 years experience in Information TechnologyMinimum 3 years experience in working with data, preparing reports, analytical background and using data bases and data management toolsMinimum 3 years experience in SW asset management with at least one of our key vendors (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, OpenText, Adobe, AutoDesk, Software Ag, Salesforce, SAP)Experience with Software Asset Management tools (Flexera, Aspera, ServiceNow ITAM, ILMT, Snow etc.) would be an additional advantage.Excellent IT skills - Microsoft applicationsExcellent people management skillsPrinciple understanding of IT solution architecture.Preferred:ITIL certificationImagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
