  • Defines the development strategy
  • Specifies, designs and develops development environment & tools (unit test bench, recording tools, simulated I/O, )
  • Establishes development procedures and criteria
  • Ensures requirements traceability according to product Requirements Management Plan
  • Performs development:
    • Runs development procedures (tests, )
    • Produces development results report and associated Change Requests (defects)
  • Put development work products under configuration management according to product Configuration Management Plan
  • Keeps informed of the evolution of technologies through techno watch
  • Through his activities, contributes to TIS standardization by reusing existing solutions or by implementing reusable solutions
  • Keeps a strong link with the architects and designers through the whole development cycle
  • Applies processes and standards
  • Contributes to continuous improvement (ROE, process, )
Part 2 of the mission :
  • Manages development up to sub-system level:
  • Produces the WP file (QCD commitments) for the development phase up to sub-system level
  • Contributes to the definition of the technical management plans
  • Organizes and leads development activities up to sub-system level so that to ensure QCD commitment, till the end of development activities up to sub-system level :
    • Coordinates development activities
    • Alerts the reporting structure for any event that could impact development QCD commitments
  • Establishes the consolidated reporting on his WP
Educational Qualification
  • Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engg with 4-8 years of Experience
Behavioural Skills
  • Quick adaptable and productive
IT Skills & languages
  • Core Skills : C++ , COM, experience working with SQL server, Debugging tools like WinDBG, MFC knowledge
  • Additional skills : OPCA UA , OPC DA, VBA , Install shield scripting, SCRUM methodology
