Dear Candidates ,Greetings of the day !We are hiring for Software Developer Location - BangaloreExp. - 4-8 YearsCTC - Upto 8 Lac. (Negotiable)Selection Criteria:1. 4-5 years of relevant work experience in developing software2. Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong hold on OOPS concepts
  • WCF/REST
  • C# .NET
  • SQL/Database concepts
  • WPF/MVVM/APIs
  • Multithreading
  • Client-Server architecture
  • TDD/Unit tests/NUnit
  • Mock framework
  • ORM (Entity framework/NHibernate)
  • Flowcharts/UMLs/Activity Diagrams
  • Dependency Injection
  • Design Patterns/Practices
  • Teamcity experience: Knowledge on teamcity, project configurations
  • CI/CD experience (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
  • Version control tools (SVN/Git/Perforce etc)
Good to have:1. Experience in secure coding2. Knowledge on cyber security aspects in software development3. Non-Technical Expectations
  • Ability to deliver, with quality, taking full ownership and accountability
  • Work as senior developer in the team, independently or with minimal support
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Proactive in taking tasks and ability to support junior team members
  • Ability to root-cause defects by analysing logs, fix issues and reviewing code
  • Should have strong design, programing, debugging experience and excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively both within a team and cross-group to drive identification and resolution of issues to ship under tight deadlines along with being able to drive features into the product
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly make and influence technical decisions as part of the product development and drive open issues to a successful closure
