We develop future proof 5G Clip On product providing Home and enterprise solutions. These are secured plug and play devices with superior technology for automation. Our cloud based Femto Cluster manager is a common OAM manager based on latest in technology. You will be part of Systems engineering team, creating requirements, interfacing with the product management, development and test teams.Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about creating world class products As part of our team, you will:
• Develop s/w Features for Nokia Femto Small Cells Products and the Smart 5G node small Cells.
• Take Leadership of feature design and development as product owner
• Understand and become highly proficient in Wireless cutting edge technologies e.g. LTE/4G, 5G, Small Cells
• Understand real-world Customer deployments, help in fixing the issues and incorporate feedback into developed features.
• Work closely with development and with Product Management to deliver high quality products and solutions.
Your skills and experience You have:
• Minimum 4 years experience in mobile network product development
• Good knowledge of network architecture for UMTS/LTE/5G
• Work experience in Control plane or user plane stack for 5G, LTE, 3G RAN
• Knowledge of 3GPP standards for 5G, LTE, 3G is desirable
• Good interpersonal skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment
• Degree B.E/B.Tech, Stream CSE/IT/ECE/EEE,
• Strong in C++ and C. Strong in data structure and algorithms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Unit Test, Debugging and Bug Fixing.
• Experienced in Software development in an embedded mobile telecom environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced, innovative environment
