Position Summary As a part of RevX team, the candidate will be responsible for end- to- end software testing. That includes test- planning, test- execution, defect- tracking, test- automation, scripting & provide support during deployment. The individual should be self- motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast- paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies and lab environments The individual will work closely with developers, project managers, tech- ops, operation engineers and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC The individual will write code using our automated framework that is built on top of TestNG, Selenium Webdriver, and other great technologies Responsibilities Ideally, we re looking for someone with development experience being in a role where you are responsible for product quality Design test plans, test cases, and can plan and implement test automation Execute manual tests as needed Contribute to the regression test- automation framework & update regression suite as functionality changes or bugs are identified Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA or similar tools/ means Skills Required Relevant work experience of 3- 5 years in software test role Excellent problem- solving and troubleshooting skills Good experience on Backend Testing Minimum 2 years hands- on experience of Test- Automation in Java/ TestNG Excellent SQL skills and good understanding of relational database concepts Good experience with different Operating Systems, with emphasis on Unix variants & good hands on Linux commands Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously Must be flexible, independent and self- motivated Nice to have / Willing to learn: General knowledge of ad networks and the online advertising industry Success in fast- paced environments, especially juggling multiple client deadlines How did you hear about this position,
