Job Description

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Work will include all aspects of Software Development lifecycle with a focus on Java Development using Core Java and J2EE standards
  • Require 8+ years experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies
  • Strong background on Java, JSP, JavaScript, Angular-JS, REST Services, SOAP Services, JMS, Frameworks (Spring, Struts, JSF)
  • Experience with source code management techniques/tools (GIT, Maven)
  • Experience with IDEs such as RAD, Eclipse
  • Experienced on Databases, Store Procedures (Oracle) and/or NoSQL
  • Experience on BPM tools (such as jBPM, OBPM, Pega, Lombardi) is preferred
  • Microservices, cloud development experience is a plus
