Experience working on Mainframe Technologies JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, MQ.2. Experience in Mainframe Tools Control-M Scheduler, Changeman, Xpeditor, Abend Aid etc.3. Working Experience in Mainframe Cost Reduction, Performance Tuning and Migration programs.4. Knowledge of Investment Banking Domain - Post trade - including Cash payments.5. Awareness and Object oriented and DevOps concepts.6. Communication Skill required to work with DBAs, Infrastructure Admins and Cross LOB Application SMEs across NA and ASIAPAC Regions.7. Problem Solving, Innovative Thinking and Modernization Strategy Solutioning capabilities.8. Should be open to gain expertize and contribute to projects on new Tools and Technologies.,
