As a Functional Test Manager , you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers through development , test , automation and deployment of platforms across routing and switching products. Experience in working with SW , HW , JTAC , manufacturing & Release management , know the processes for productizing new HW and releases is required. Strategize , Plan , Execute and drive results - capex / opex budget management - Stake holder management , Report status , and Drive test metrics - Execution and Results against project plans and commitments - Management of departmental resources , staffing , mentoring , and enhancing and maintaining best - of - class global engineering teams - Work closely with cross functional teams across geographies Candidate Requirements: 12+ Years of Experience in Feature Testing in Telecom / Datacom BE in CS / ECE or a higher degree. Managed a Product line(s) with at least a team size of 10 people for over a period of 3 Years Good Knowledge in networking (e.g. , BGP , OSPF , IS - IS , Multicast (PIM) , MPLS , RSVP , L2 / L3 VPNs , QoS , , System Architecture) Experience in automation with Perl , Python and Unix Demonstrated a record of successfully working with local and remote teams.
