Job Description

    - Central interface for a CPC SW project and interact with car line, control unit hardware, software suppliers, logistics, certification, production plants, aftersales in all markets.- Manage implementation of SW releases from development phase to series production. Responsibilities - Works as a fully contributing team member to schedule, monitor, ensure necessary approvals for SW series production.- Ensure industrialization of Powertrain software in all vehicle plants and timely SW release into the series.- Collaborate with other Powertrain projects on release conformity, best practices and vehicle development.- Support SW developers and engineers across projects with data relevant to SW release and production.- Pre-emptively see downstream consequences and effectively tailor influencing strategy to support a positive outcome.- Tangible contribution to Innovation(Product/Process/Business/Paper/Publication/Patents)- Bring in ideas for process/efficiency improvements- Mentoring & Coaching new joiners, * Technical Skills a) Experience in P roduct development or Product Data Management (PDM)b) Working in agile software development life cycles (SDLC) including quality processes, PPAP, and approvals.c) Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.d) Project management planning, tracking, reporting, change management, risk management.e) Expertise in internal/external stakeholder managementf) Experience in System & software requirementsg) Supplier managementh) Strong communication & coordination skills - Knowledge on a) Domain : Automotiveb) P rotocol & standards: CAN, UDS, ISO 26262 Special Skills - Added advantage: German language skills ( Level A2 or above) Tools - Requirement analysis (Eg: Doors, etc)- Configuration Management (Eg : SVN/PVCS/Clearcase)- Project managment (planning, tracking, reporting)- SW architecture (DaVinci, UML)- SW documentation (EDLS, DANTE, SQMS, DIALOG, EPDM, Smaragd.)
