Job Description

Position : Solution ArchitectExperience : 9-12yearsJD :Must haves:

  • Ability to understand app infrastructure and architecture
  • Technology agnostic with understanding of legacy C C plus plus AS four hundred Cobol or Mainframes Java and other such tech
  • Ability to build strong solutions for modernization reengineering or migration for later phases
  • Technical understanding of Core Java, C++, DevOps, Build Management, Github, RDBMS Db
  • Past experience of migration or modernization of legacy applications
  • Cloud migration experience
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts
R&R:
  • Landscape mapping and documentation for tech applications requirements infra customer and peers
  • Business case development for migration, lift and shift, rewrite, sunset, replatforming, etc.
  • Modeling techniques and methods
  • Planning and controlling
  • Stakeholder management
  • The ability to conduct cost or benefit analysis
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering reviewing and analyzing data requirements
  • Master strategic business process modeling traceability and quality management techniques
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem solving
  • Ability to work in a selforganizing environment
  • Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Coordinate with the multiple teams working on different modules or systems
  • Lead self and offshore team of two to three other solution architects
