Technical skills should complement the problem solving and communication skills to deliver a highly effective individual who is capable of adding real value individually and through a team. Candidates should be able to liaise with IT support and act as 3rd Line Support for escalated issues will have to provide hands- on application/ production support. (For Consultants/ Sr. Consultants) Candidate should possess strong Business knowledge of investment accounting / reconciliations at least for fundamental model of positions, transactions, earnings, cash) is essential Candidates must be demonstrating a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes as required. Job Responsibilities Development and configuration of solutions utilizing SmartStream TLM application suite including TLM Control, TLM Smart studio, TLM Recon Admin to support, enhance and develop the platforms. TLM Solution Configuration/ Implementation Working with users / project team to design and implement custom/ bespoke solutions. Troubleshoot environment, data control and operational issues. Create and Maintain documentation to ensure knowledge accessibility Automate and streamline process using scripts and scheduling tools Liaise with other application support teams and internal/ external business and technical partners Unit testing, system integration testing (SIT) and support of user acceptance testing (UAT) Configuration/ Code management and maintenance of development and test environments Provide regular progress updates to the functional manager/ team lead. Act to positively challenge thinking, to encourage a strong team culture, and to ensure focus on the highest value- at- stake priorities Key Skills Experience of TLM configuration toolkits e.g. TLM Control, Smart Studio, Recon Admin, Smart schema Must have worked on TLM Recs Premium and / or version 2.7 Basic of SQL and SQL script programming Basic of UNIX and UNIX script programming Desirable Skills Should demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new technology and apply their learning into practical use Experience of formal development methodologies Knowledge of project lifecycle, particularly technical specification, development and test phases Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Proactive approach to implementation and problem resolution Strong written and verbal communication skills Conscientious approach and good attention to detail; completer / finisher High level of drive to meet aggressive deadlines and targets Tenacious and able to challenge the norm / suggest viable alternative approaches Ability to execute role with a high level of autonomy, seeking guidance and approval as appropriate Team player; able to build strong relationships with other project team members, vendor resources and contacts across other in house systems Articulate and possess strong consensus building qualities Adaptable: Ability to prioritise, be flexible and respond to changing environments Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline and equivalent work experience and training Previous experience of working on vendor platform implementation / with vendor products Experience of working with large organisations having multi- tier client / server architectures and complex deployment,
