Job Description

  • In EIM M2O vertical, we bring all structured company information (customer, vendor, product, finance, people, consumer) as well as unstructured company information related to M2O processes/capabilities under central guidance and provide a wide array of information management services including Analytics.
  • Analytics enables real-time performance measurement through relevant actionable insights by means of the development and delivery of (standard) reporting capabilities as well as enterprise (advanced) analytics.
Scope of responsibilities of this role:
  • Selects and uses appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces, to contribute to the development of systems architectures and applications.
  • Creates detailed component specifications and translation into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.
  • Provides advice on technical aspects of system, application development and integration
  • Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.
  • Specifies and designs small or large, simple or complex systems
  • Selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures and ensures they are applied effectively
  • Reviews others systems designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology
  • Contributes to policy for selection of architecture components
  • Evaluates and undertakes impact analysis on major design options and assesses and manages associated risks
  • Ensures that the system design balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements
  • Estimates, plans and executes projects and changes
  • Identifies, estimates, plans and executes technical improvements
  • Guides development teams

  • Sales Analytics domain experience
  • Solution architecture and data architecture principles, standards, implementations, focus on QlikView and QlikSense
  • System landscape, source systems, ETL, governance and development standards and implementations
  • The proper use, definition and implementation of high level patterns
  • Communication and negotiation skills (all connected stakeholders)
  • Strong Qlik development, design, tooling and architecture skills
  • Good statistical modelling skills
  • Scrum master competencies
  • Management of agile development across multiple projects and larger teams
  • Prior experience in the Health Systems/Medical Device and Personal Health Industries preferred, manufacturing Certificated knowledge proof
