Job Description

    *About the positionThis position will contribute to the execution of quality and continuous improvement initiatives being led by more Sr Team members. This person will work closely with Sr Team members in overseeing the resolution of high priority quality issues, resolving weaknesses in various IT governance mechanisms, and helping the organization successfully embrace quality and continuous improvement in its processes and systems of record. This role will also support the deployment of Schneider Digital policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must be forward thinking, innovative (Dare to Disrupt), self-motivated (Act like an Owner), technically savvy and able to work autonomously. Specific responsibilities will include several of the below:Lead the Global Change Advisory BoardResponsible to lead the Global CAB within a structured change management process.Authorize changes to be presented at the GCAB, allocate available review slots, and follow up with the requestor to ensure all pre-validation activities are completed before the GCAB.Challenge participants to ensure risks are accurately represented and considered.Manage Lite requests on MS Teams and ensure timely approvals.Maintain the Box folders and MS Teams group to store documentation and to track all changes.Prepare for the GCAB on a biweekly basisensure all GCAB meeting invites are sent in advance with the updated agenda and Minutes of each meeting is recorded and communicated.Contribute to the strategy of managing GCAB requests in a more agile manner.Assist (possible lead) root cause investigations. Must be able to collaborate across the organization regardless of level to support formulation and execution of effective corrective & preventive actions.Complete in-depth analysis & insights on various topics; fully understand risks & mitigating controls / actions and lead improvement initiatives / projects as assigned by the Q&CI Director and/or Sr Team members.Support and assist our External IT Audit SPOC, could involve following up on the collection of data, checking on action item progress, etc.Contribute to the advancement of our IT Control Framework.Proactively interact with E.IT members to surface risks, emerging problems that require attention, opportunities for simplification and improving agility & Quality in the organization.,
