Job Description

The primary responsibilities are to manage and support the physical security infrastructure, which includes: various applications, databases, and any ancillary technical hardware associated with these systems.The Value You Deliver Major Responsibilities % of Time

  • Manage access control, visitor management, and video application and associated database.
  • Support the security operations and RSOC team on a daily basis, manage vendors and provide on call support rotational 24/7/365
  • Effectively communicates and escalates emergency situations to the proper stakeholders and takes charge of providing timely resolution of security systems.
  • Participate in and support security system technical upgrades, repairs and preventative maintenance of Lenel database, hardware and other field devices
  • Prepares detailed written reports, analyzes trend data and draws conclusions that can be translated into solutions to customer and departmental problems.
  • Provides support for all off site Fidelity locations and support the auditing and control functions relative to badge database maintenance

  • Ability to learn quickly and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of any enterprise security solution software or Lenel system.
  • Knowledge and experience on PSIM. CNL knowledge preferred.
  • Working knowledge on LAN (Passive and Active), SQL and Windows servers.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize simultaneous projects facets
  • Strong judgment, decision making, and ability to assess and manage risk
  • Mature problem analysis and issue management techniques
  • Superior communication, customer service, analytical and change management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with diverse groups
  • Must be capable of quickly learning business need, clearly articulating to internal/external service providers
  • Interact regularly with key stakeholders at all levels and with peers.
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities Should have a good working knowledge of management practices and principles for efficient delivery
  • Should have critical thinking skills to quickly observe a situation and make the appropriate response.

The Expertise we re looking for
  • Bachelors in Engineering required. Electronics/ Communication or Computer Science degree preferred
  • 5 - 8 years of work experience; experience in Maintenance and Operations of Security Systems in the financial services industry a plus. Technical experience of large enterprise security and risk systems a plus.
  • Certifications such as PSP or any equivalent certifications will be added advantage
