Consume, understand and review complex tech specifications/JIRA stories. Create Designs documents based on inputs from architect/lead developer. Build reusable/sustainable code modules while striving for minimal tech related bugs. Assist support teams in understanding the modules created and document support procedures where necessary.EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS ExperienceThe candidate would have a college degreeMinimum of 5 years application development experience using a variety of technologies and architecturesThe desired candidate will have experience in developing Reconciliations solutionsRequired Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analysis skills are a must.Experience and understanding of technology stack:o TLM or comparable Reconciliation Toolo Javao Messaging (i.e. MQ, Kafka, Solace)o Oracle SQL, Oracle 12c preferablyo Crystal, BO Reportingo XMLo UnixExperience with Agile, ScrumPossess the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot issuesBe well organized, have the ability to multitask, be confidant and self directedHave willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced team orientated environmentHave interest in learning about this important and growing part of the banks business.Preferred/ Recommended Skills:Experience with Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) product from Smartstream Technology Inc.
