Job Description

Proven track record of successful delivery of telecommunication and/or data communication hardware equipment
Experience with design of high availability and high reliability products
Experience in managing and guiding teams involved in;
- PCB level circuit design (front and back end)
- Complex FPGAs (Design and verification)
- Mechanical design of electronic equipment (sheet metal detailing and thermal) including simulation and analysis
- Diagnostics, firmware and HW integration
- Signal Integrity Simulation and analysis for high speed serdes design
- Bring-up, regression, EDVT and acceptance testing at PCB/FRU and System level
- Sustenance including Obsolescence, Value engineering, field support etc.
Awareness of regulatory requirements such as NEBS and ETSI and successful past efforts at such qualification
