Job Description

  • The Strategist is responsible for management of the company s creative product by delivering strategic communication solutions that help clients attain their marketing and communication objectives.
  • The incumbent shall work with client servicing team to develop aspect of campaigns based on the client s marketing plan, conceptualizing those ideas then translating them into identity and creative that is breakthrough and compelling for clients.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for the artistic output of the creative team and creative processes; the ideation, presentation and execution of client branding and marketing communications campaigns; the profitability and creative quality of client projects, the operational readiness of the creative team, and fulfilment of the Agency brands promise to clients.
  • The incumbent will play a strategic role in developing new business pitches.

    Digital Strategy Client Counselling:

  • Develop digital strategies for clients. This spans all their digital marketing requirements including websites, mobile, search, social media, email marketing, campaigns and promotions, mobile etc.
  • Understand clients business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their digital needs.
  • Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives.
  • Research and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media and counsel and recommend to clients as appropriate.
  • Have knowledge of digital media measurements and be able to analyze key trends on the digital initiatives undertaken.
  • Work closely with strategy and marketing staff and the Client directly to devise cost effective earned, owned and paid social media and digital strategies that deliver tangible business results.
  • Target audience profiling, developing industry insights as well as auditing our client s digitla marketing execution vs. competitors for best practices and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the client s brand team, and internal staff to develop a range of creative, consumer facing digital media marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Oversee the translation of the Client s digital strategy into comprehensive marketing plans, milestones and deliverables within budget parameters.
  • Build and grow relationships across all internal client departments to develop smart and effective solutions that help integrate social and digital across the client s marketing mix (social, mobile, digital, PR, offline, etc.). Advise on global digital strategy as needed and serve as the go-to expert for social / digital trends innovation.

    Business Development:

  • Actively participate in prospecting and pitching for new clients.
  • Generate revenue for the existing and new business clients
QUALIFICATION
  • Post Graduate,BMM, BMS, Diploma in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Advertising and Communications.
TARGET INDUSTRIES EXP
  • Digital Agencies, Media Agencies(social media), Advertising Agency, Creative Agencies.
  • 5+ years experience managing large-scale projects as well as online marketing campaigns is essential.

  • Experience of scoping for digital projects (dynamic websites with CMS, Campaigns, SEO, Mobile, Social) -present proposals, close deals.
  • Passion for Internet/Digital heavy user.
