Job Description

    Sr. Executive Estimation and CostingQualification: BE/Diploma MechanicalExperience: 4-6YrsJob Location: BangaloreSalary: 3-5LNo of Position: 01Software: AutoCAD, MS Office.Design: AUTOCAD Is an added advantage.Roles and Responsibility: Responsible for reviewing the drawings and specifications of the projects providedby the customer or design team, and accordingly creating the final detail or Bill ofQuantities (BoQ). Obtain in coordination with Procurement Department material and fabricationprices for cost estimation, develop and maintain necessary systems to ensuredelivery of required cost estimations. Estimating accurate cost to company each project. Responsible for creating rates breakdown for each BoQ project item.Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of costing and estimation of process static and rotary equipmentsin oil & gas, petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, green energy and modules.(Or) Should have knowledge of costing and estimation of Pipelines of MS ERW, MS CRW,MS Seamless, CS Seamless piping, SS304 ASTM A312 ERW, SS316 ASTM A 312Seamless, SS304 ASTM A312, SS304 ASTM A213 Seamless pipeline complete withfabrication method. Should have knowledge of Valves type and Application of gate Valves, Ball Valves,Butterfly valves, Pressure relief valve, Pneumatic actuated valves. Preparing AutoCAD layouts for estimation level, Execution and as built level. Should have knowledge of ASME, Firefighting IS Codes, TEMA Codes along specificcompliance/ statutory requirements with preliminary design and codes calculations. Co-ordination with Raw Material vendors and sub-contractors for competitivequotes. Deal with internal teams for cross functional inputs and effectiveness Basic knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes Preparation of Bill material from Drawings/ datasheets/ process data sheets Knowledge of dealing with Clients basic technical queries pre and post order Preparing techno-commercial proposals Measurement quantities executed, submission of Bills(Invoice) of the Quantitiesexecuted against the work order. Knowledge of government tendering mechanism Knowledge of logistics requirements and strategy formation Knowledge of INCO Terms and required documentations Basic knowledge of project budget control parameters Working out the change order mechanism.
