Job DescriptionManage Operational logistics - Maintain processes for on-time delivery with no interruption to supply of cold chain/temperature controlled productsManage & own process with Global & Local freight forwarders involved in primary distributionCo-ordinates with CHAs for imported products managing end to end process of clearanceClosely working with Regulatory to ensure necessary permissions for each consignment from the Drug Authorities is obtained.Export - Co-ordination of documents and movement of stocks/samples from India to distributor s marketInitiate & monitor stock reconciliation (Physical Vs Book) activity across distribution points on periodic basis.Ensuring timely processing of all vendor bills as per scheduled timelines as per the contractCollate & report data on near expiry stock to management on monthly basis.Support/Manage on-going improvement projects, strengthening of SOPs/Agreements and logistics strategy implementation to achieve operational excellence/continuous improvement with our Logistics partners.Support internal audits conducted by Corporate, statutory auditors, Quality,, Desired ProfileAny graduate/post graduate with 2yrs of work experience in Supply chain management/Inventory planning/SAP/Logistics planning/Demand planning.Knowledge of import/export, shipping and freight procedures. Exposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing process, principles and practices; preferably at production site and headquarters levelCandidates from Pharma, FMCG, Chemical and Consumer goods industry is preferable.
