Job Description

Senior/Chief Manager/AVP - Partnership & Alliances - Bangalore (10 years)Location: BangaloreWe are looking for sales and BD professionals with good partnership and alliances experience. Candidates with prior working experience into Insurance, NBFC/ Fintech (Payments Bank), Small Finance Bank, Banking ConsultantYour Future Employer: One of the leading InsureTech organization in IndiaJob Responsibilities: * Building long-term relationships with Clients & Business Partners.

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Enhancing department and organizations reputation.
  • Monitoring and analysing the revenue generation targets.
  • Farming and onboarding of NBFCs.
  • Liaising between the partners, customers and internal teams.
Job Requirements: * 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience into B2B Sales
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Prior working experience into Insurance, NBFC/ Fintech (Payments Bank), Small Finance Bank, Banking Consultant
