Job Description

Provide NetSuite expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements.Possess the ability to design and maintain applications on the NetSuite system from interpreted business requirementsInterface with outside ERP implementation team resources to address customization and configuration requirements based on business needs to achieve overall project goals.Participate in cross-functional internal team (Implementation Team) to build/manage technology platform from design through delivery overcoming challenges and unknowns.Develops implementation plans reports custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains staff on how to use new software and reports developed and/or acquired.Participate in the collection and documentation of business requirements for integration and implementation into ERP system.Participate in the Identification and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.Participate in the analysis of workflows process improvements and business practices to streamline business operations.Participate in problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations and performs troubleshooting as required.Staying current with technological developments in business application technology and providing recommendations for Cross Company to take advantage of new technologyDrive test planning, execution, and optimization support.Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from the above noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval.Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes.Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration. QualificationsRequired:At least 5+ years of experience in SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0Expertise in NetSuite ERP module.Technical consulting experienceHave experience throughout the complete NetSuite software development life-cycleTechnical experience in understanding the NetSuite framework and requirementsHands on working knowledge on SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilderMinimum 3 projects on NetSuite implementation covering Enable features, Web Services integration, Data migration (CSV import & export), Add XML,HTML, CSS, SQLDevelopment experience with Client Side / Server Side JavaScript, HTML, css, SQL, AJAX and 3rd Party APIs,Should have solid experience in schedule script, Restlet, SuiteTalk frameworkMaintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, Data MigrationDeveloped point to point integrationsmiddleware based integrations to different cloud and on premise systemsUnderstand the requirements for integration, analyze, discuss with client SME to map requirements into designFunctional understanding of O2C, P2P and R2R flowsShould be able to suggest best technical approach for a given integration requirementShould have worked on complex integration landscape with NetSuite connected to multiple systemsProvide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Eagerness to mentor junior staffPreferred:NetSuite integrations and customizationsCertified NetSuite ProfessionalFull life cycle NetSuite implementationsStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentBachelors or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.,
