Job Description

    Sr Software Engineer Enterprise ApplicationsLocation: Bangalore, India. Should be willing to travel domestic and internationalRole Dimensions:The role is an integral part of the organizations overall digitization strategy towards building an agile and mobile enterprise portfolio of IT services and products for internal and external customers. It entails understanding the current enterprise architecture and customer engagements to define an enterprise application environment for internal operational hygiene as well as establishing a robust optimised framework. The role will be entailing for defining the overall strategy for the enterprise and executing the same to yield business benefits in terms of operational efficiency, optimization and intellectual property generation.Desired Knowledge, skills and attitudes:The ideal candidate should have
    • Strong skills in architecting applications using .Net MVC, .Net Core, Angular, Web API and SQL Server
    • Strong skills in Database tools SQL Server Programming and knowledge of ETL, Database Modelling / Database Design
    • Architect and prototyping Microservice Applications in C#
    • Exposure to project management activities, Team management, customers management in global delivery environment
    • Effectively builds relationships, promotes a collaborative team environment, and influences stakeholders;
    • Strong capability in implementing internal projects
    • Quality Assurance, Secure Coding standards implementation
    • Experience in executing projects in the Agile or SDLC Methodology
    • Familiar will all facets of program management including quality control, scope and risk, financials, program delivery, release and change management, expectation and mature stakeholder management.
    • Experience in leading Small to Medium teams in the areas of application management
    • Experience in rallying technology team, grooming and mentoring them to build technology leaders. Skill in managing a complex matrix internal and external client & functional environment.
    Education Qualification and Professional experience:
    • Bachelors Degree
    • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the IT/ ITES sector
    Mandatory Skills:
    • Net,SQL Server, MVC4/5, .NET Core, Angular, Web API, LINQ
    • Strong knowledge on .NET Architecture
    • A self-driven person with strong development skills in ASP.NET using MVC, Angular, Web API to perform software development activities for our Product Development Division.
    • Minimum 6 yrs. of work experience in MVC, 3 years in .NET Core, 2 years in Angular
