We are Umbrellas Intelligent Proxy and our mission is to improve the underlying technologies and the UI that drives Umbrella Security. We work on features big and small in order to build the best security solution in the world. This team does it all, so youll never be bored, and youll constantly be learning new technologies.You will have:
    • Proven track record building/supporting/scaling solutions on a public/private cloud platform.
    • Practice SRE delivery principles, including building CI/CD pipelines and measure KPIs via Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreement (SLAs),
    • Identify and initiate automation and work to help reduce the Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) and improve Mean Time To Detect (MTTD)
    • Collaborate in groundbreaking initiatives to define and improve new delivery methodologies in accordance with DevOps and SRE models
    • Understanding of various design patterns and Microservice Architecture
    • Excellent communication skills
    Desirable:
    • 5+ years of Cloud software development and/or technical operations experience, and experience running large-scale
    • Experience in SRE / DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, and Systems Engineering.
    • Experience in any cloud technology implementing reliable applications.
    • Experience with container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
    • Experience with Linux Operating Systems
    • Experience with CI/CD tools Git, Jenkin
    • Experience with monitoring solutions such as: CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
    • Improve process, monitoring and reliability to resolve escalations and help prevent repeated incidents.
    • Provide support for DevOPS engineers to Debug & RCA for any service failure/degrade.
