Support customers on queries and issues related to Cypress IOT solutions Work with marketing team for technical support, reference designs, demos, etc. Support Local and Disty FAEs Development & Testing of Wireless applications using WLAN and BT technologies Integration/ porting/ customization of WLAN or other firmware components for customer requirements Conduct technical workshops for customers, FAEs, Disty. FAEs. 1- 3 years experience in wirless (WLAN/ BT/ BLE) software development/ customer support involving areas such as Stack, application firmware Experience working with ARM- based microcontroller platforms (ARM) and build environments (IAR / GCC etc.) Excellent skills in C/ C++ with hands- on software and/ or firmware implementation for embedded platforms Experience in working with customers in resolving complex technical issues. Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills Self motivated, works with little supervision, shows willingness to learn, proactive.Skills Embedded micro- controller experience a must. WiFi / Bluetooth experience is must. Linux, RTOS, NetX/ ThreadX, embedded programming skills are a plus.,
