Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive configuration / customization designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes.
  • Identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance ( Stay ahead of the curve )
  • Identify detailed business requirements to support Salesforce.com implementation within the scope of prioritized enhancements and projects
  • You will be responsible for designing, building, maintain and scaling the service cloud application using omni-channel.
  • Understand the different Force.com APIs and is able to design solutions using the appropriate API.
  • Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of SFDC best practices. Bring in the best practices and drive technical innovation within the team.
  • Stay abreast of the Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements based on features released.
  • Practice agile and lead the team s work during the planning, estimation and technical discoveries.
  • Work with other engineers in team and provide technical coaching and mentoring.
  • Works closely with product, business, architects & other engineering leaders to translate the product requirements to high and low level design & estimates.
REQUIREMENTS9 to 12 years of IT experience8+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, General Configuration, etc.)5+ years of Force.com development experience (APEX, Visualforce, Portals / Communities)Experience in developing advanced customizing using lightning componentsDeep understanding with technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and APEX Web services.Take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.Experience in designing and building cloud appsAbility to lead enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and lead customer support projects.Ability to create solution design documentation that supports the business requirements and business processes, which may include: Data Model, Object & Field Definition, Wireframes, and more.Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with all levels and business units.Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness of system information.Experience with common integration patterns used on the Force.com Platform.Experties with with CI/CD tooling such as JenkinsSalesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer)Bachelors or Master degreeExperience on other technologies ( Java, Microservices, UI development, Cloud) apart from SF is a plus.,
