Job Description

Hiring Statutory Audit (CA Inter/CA Qualified)at Bangalore.CTC : Upto 10 to 12 LPALooking for Qualified CA or semi qualified CA with minimum 1 Year of experience in statutory audit with indian accounting experience.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)- Preparation of financials for statutory Audit- Preparation of Financial results for SEBI reporting- Report Automation activity.- Review of Internal controls and provide input for improvisation.- Reconciliation of reports generated from system with general ledger, and closure of open items with relevantstakeholders- Preparation and reconciliation of schedules related to employee cost- Coordination with various departments to collect the data for audit requirement- Coordination and providing data to external auditor for audit- Preparation of INDAS workings on periodic basis- Review of statutory dues for remittance- Any other activity assigned by managersEducation - CA Inter/CA QualifiedExperience 0 to 3 years of experience in handling/performing corporate finance function(General Ledger), dealing withstatutory and other audits, preparation of financials under IGAAP, performing various reconciliations.
