Job Description

    Role: Store ManagerA Store Manager is owner of companys Business Unit (BU). He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams; training new staff; smooth customer experience & competition mapping. Store Manager achieves his goals with assistance from his sales team (executive(s) &/ or ISPs) and in coordination with other Internal & External departments.Responsibilities:Revenue & Business Management
    1. Generate sales revenue with aim to over achieve Month/ Quarter Budget.
    2. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
    3. Business & Opportunity Trends: Prepare detailed reports to discuss with reporting manager the buying trends, customer requirements and preferences. Prepare reports on Brand guidance Product Mix, ASP, etc.
    4. Work closely thru reporting manager with various demand generation departments Business, Marketing and Vendor team to generate enough leads to achieve sales budgets.
    5. Customer Lead Management System (LMS): Own end-to-end LMS in coordination with team members. Should have the latest data/ report available at any given moment of time.
    Team ManagementMotivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Responsible for planning weekly offs and managing leave of absence by team member(s). Ensure discipline in terms of store opening(s)/ closure & breaks. Up to date product/ technology on Companys product portfolio. Sources Vendor tech team and various Internet media.Customer ExperienceDeliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Work thru reporting manager with business team and vendor team for prompt closure. Keep responding & updating customer on the progress. Sole owner of any customer escalation till resolution.Store HygieneEnsure store compliance with health and safety regulations (especially for Mall stores). In coordination with Housekeeping, maintain ambience of the store. Ensure all facilities in the store are working to full capacity if not coordinate with Facilities & ensure they are rectified.Retail HygieneArrange promotional/ Trade marketing material and in-store displays. Ensure planogram and demo videos are displayed during store hours.Inventory Management:Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, including receiving and restocking products.Implement inventory control measures to reduce theft and loss.Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.Visual Merchandising:Create attractive product displays and window presentations.Ensure products are well-organized and appropriately priced.Compliance and Safety:Ensure the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations.Maintain a safe and secure store environment for both employees and customers.Marketing and Promotion:Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns.Report and Communication:Provide regular reports and updates to senior management or headquarters.Communicate with vendors and suppliers as necessary.Problem Solving:Identify and address any issues that may arise in the store, such as equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, or employee conflicts.Continuous Improvement:Implement process improvements to increase store efficiency and profitability.Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
