Job Description

Store material incoming and outgoing,
GRN update,gate Entry,inventory accountability,Supplier material reconcilation,
Complete Store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on results.
Maintain store team by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
Maintain teams job results by coaching, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Prepare, plan monthly Raw material procurement against Customer requirement.
Dispatch finished goods as per Customer plan/schedule without any deviation.
Respond to customer complaints, comments and record the same update with resolutions.
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers.
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
Track issue of all consumables, like hand gloves (white & black color), Cotton wastes, Bopp taps, Anti corrosion spray tins and carton boxes.
Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns
Organizing Quotations, POs for purchases.
Submission of Management Information Reports
