Job Description

Build long term strategic alliance with Segment A hospitals to continue to add value, and promote service offerings to identify / create and fulfill commercial opportunitiesProactively develop customer relationships by understanding / anticipating needs and providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process.Responsible for anchoring discussions with multiple segment A hospitals across senior stakeholders / CxO levelsResponsible for defining, sustaining and continuously improving the KAM approach, monitor its implementation for Corporate & standalone hospitalsResponsible for ownership on data framework / strategy ensuring sales and commercial effectivenessPlan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentation to pre-selected key institutions and carry on other relevant CMEs.Overall responsible for achieving sales targets across the product portfolio at segment A / B / C direct responsibility of sales from segment A hospitalsEnsure the call plan execution, high level of consultative selling and customer service by the hospital executivesLead a group of 2-3 senior analysts / project managersOwnership of hospital segmentationResponsible for defining & implementing the governance and approving KAM related trainings and following up on the implementation across organizationsDesired ProfileAt least 10-12 years strong account management / sales experience in B2B, pharmaEstablished connects across the major stakeholders in healthcare / hospital businessStrong business development and strategic mindset,
