Job Description

Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment to all studentsCo-ordinating with Trainees on the scheduled basisHandle scheduling, record-keeping and reportingEnsure to follow the NAVIS and MEGURU Daeprtment relevant laws and regulationsArranging schedule meeting with Trainees when neededResolve conflicts and other issues of TraineesCommunicate with parents when neededManaging/ Ensure TRAINEES - NO DROP OUT from the each batchImplement actions to managing the Trainees with approvalsHelp shape and uphold the vision of the TraineesSupervise Trainees Assistants while on shift, ensure that Trainees is abiding by all policies and proceduresManaging / Extending the working hours when needConduct periodic inspection of the Trainees behaviourAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentRespond to, and properly log, maintenance concerns.Counselling the candidates on periodically basisOther duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Reporting Manager
