Job Description

    Role Overview:- Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a sound understanding of the Payments ecosystem, Business, Consumer and Technology trends, Regulations and Digital Business Models Proven skills and experience in Strategy Formulation, Business and Operating Model Design, Process Improvement and Project Management- Strong industry experience with direct exposure to all aspects of cards business management; such as strategic business planning, product P&L, product life cycle management, portfolio growth, alliances-led digital business models, marketing and card Ability to engage and advise C-suite level stakeholders of leading Issuers, Acquirers, Payments Service Providers (PSP), Retail & Payment Banks, Donor Foundations etc. to identify and leverage growth / improvement opportunities.- Techno-functional understanding of latest issuing and acquiring side technologies such as digital wallets, EMV contact & contactless, NFC, QR codes and UPI Adept at building, coaching and nurturing teams having had a team management role during both industry and consulting stints.- Product Expertise into Oracle Flexcube, Flexcube Corporate, Intellect Global Transactional Banking (IGTB), Temenos T24 and Pricing & Billing systems will be preferred.- Experience in Corporate Banking, Transactional Banking and Retail Banking.- Strong expertise in Client Engagement, Relationship Management, Product Management, Transformation and Stakeholder Management.- Experience in Change Management, Change Management Process, Estimation, Manage the risks including the development of Mitigation and Contingency plans.- Strong Expertise in Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification / User stories Preparation that delivers optimal and measurable business results. Plan the features and Detail with Specs, Mocks, Create prototype, Wireframes, and Screens.- Good experience in Feasibility Study, Impact Analysis, GAP analysis and Prioritize requirements.- Have done Product Walkthrough, Presentations to Customers, Product Parameterization, Implementation, End User Training, and UAT for various clients.- Co-ordinate with stakeholders and interact with the technology team to implement and refine features.- Experience with Waterfall and Agile Methodology.- Previous Experience as a Scrum Master and CSM Certified Professional.
