Role: Supply chain Consultant / Sr. ConsultantExperience: 4 - 8 yearsLocation: BangaloreEssential Skills:A Business consultant / Sr. consultant in a client facing role that comprises of activities like engaging with client in the pre - kickoff phase , managing the project internally and externally , leading a team of business analysts / consultants for a successful project completion , and training the subordinates as per project need. The role requires travel within India and outside India , and for any duration of time.ROLE DETAILS:Work with clients to understand the business requirements related to supply chainWork independently in client facing situations as well as be a part of the larger project teams in the design , development and implementation of new and improved business processesCollect and analyze data relating to supply chain operations , setup and evaluate performance measurement KPIs and benchmarking processesProvide analysis and design support , operational implementations and re - engineeringLeverage best practices and existing operation standards to create client - specific business solutions for logistics and supply Chain improvementsClearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to the clients. Participate in client meetings when and where requiredManage consultancy projects , provide guidance to subordinates in a complex solutions design projectsPrepare business proposals for clients , outline the roadmap for solution design and present it to the clientsWrite white papers , take sessions on emerging trends in supply chain for the teamPersonal Competencies:Able to represent the team at various levelsKeen problem solver with analytical nature and excellent problem - solving skill setOpen minded , flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.
