Support Lead(Mobile Apps)A Support Lead is expected to perform a key role in projects leading technical implementation by designing a solution and implementing it with a team of Senior Developers . They should be an expert in implementing PHP based CMS products such as WordPress , Drupal , Joomla and Android with good knowledge on databases like MySQL , SQL Server , and Oracle Below are the requirements for the PHP Tech Lead in detail : Required technical skillsArchitectural design : Demonstrate the use of open source and commercial tools that may be used to create and model the logical architecture for an application Use notations suggested by the latest industry standards and tools Create a logical architecture based on use cases Can create architectures based on enterprise architecture patterns as suggested by the Technology Head Should have design and implemented MVC pattern and other design patterns like Factory and Singleton Should be fully conversant with OOAD Should have used UML notations Design of Digital Asset Management for high performance , content search , renditions , etc . At least one end-to-end designing of multi-country , multi-language , multi-currency CMS-based websiteFront-end development : Proficiency in creating modular , loosely coupled front-end framework based on Angular JS , Bootstrap . Good experience in core Javascript , AJAXIntegration design/development : Should have designed interfaces for third party integration Should have implemented ORM Should be proficient and have implemented message queues , http sockets , service based , XML based/flat file based integrations , REST and SOAP based services Should have hands-on integration experience with third party services like payment gateways , tax calculator , live chat , address finders , ERP , OMS , Google APIs , etc . Data modeling and database design : Demonstrates a good understanding of data modeling . Able to create a portion of the Logical Data Model (LDM) and/or Physical Data Model (PDM) . Able to apply data normalization techniques . Understands data modeling patterns . Should have done Database design for large multi-country , multi-language websiteNetwork , security , infrastructure and high availability : Ability to understand security concepts , issues and resolutions Ability to define physical architecture for scalability Good understanding of at least two leading app/webservers Nginx , Apache Should have used automated tools for unit testing , code review , automated build and deployment Demonstrates a deep understanding of high availability and failover applications and plays a lead role in at least one end-to-end design and implementation project that covers the relevant topics . Good experience with hosting in cloud based environments Should have implemented CDN like AkamaiCore development : Hands-on experience in Core PHP and PHP based CMS and frameworks like WordPress , Drupal , Laravel , Zend , Symfony , Codeigniter , and CakePHP Hands-on experience on database development of PL/SQL , stored procedures , triggers Hands-on experience on front-end HTML/CSS and Javascript development Hands-on experience on web service development SOAP and RESTQualification : Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering Years of experience in Drupal or other PHP frameworks : 4+ years Years of experience in WordPress : 5+ years Years of experience in MySQL : 4+ years Other technology experiences : Good understanding/experience of . Net and/or JAVA framework will be a great advantage . Good understanding of at least two enterprise databases like Oracle and SQL Server Project experience : At least two end-to-end projects in WordPress and two end-to-end projects in Drupal and other PHP based CMS Product development experience : Nice to have experience in developing customized CMS product using Drupal or other PHP frameworksProject delivery and team management : Should be able to define estimation template by creating task types , work breakdown for the task types , effort , etc . Own overall solution implementation Should have handled a team of developers in a collocated and non-collocated environment Grow people by introducing tools , frameworks and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness Proven experience coordinating/working with various stakeholders including business , third party development , higher management , etc .,
