Software Quality Principal EngineerWhat you ll achieveAs a Software Quality Principal Engineer, you will develop, revise and maintain test plans, test cases and automated test scripts that include resource requirements, schedule assumptions and scope based on pre-determined product requirements. You will work with Product Development; Product Management and the Customer Support teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate to develop comprehensive test plans across Dell s product portfolio. You will also have the opportunity to drive continual process improvements for the evolution of testing procedures and their future replication.You will:
• Lead complex features through the and agile software lifecycle
• Gather, Learn, analyze, and balance software requirements, shaping them into actionable items, tests, and automation
• Be responsible for designing and execution of test plans and implementing the automation for the PowerFlex product
• Automate using a variety of tools such as python, selenium and internal automation platform
• Define and implement concrete tests and metrics, create exec report and present ,improve our stability by troubleshooting and integrating smart solutions to existing components

• BS/ BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 8- 12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years of QA hands-on experience with one or more of the following: System Integration, Storage, device drivers, networking, Kubernetes & Dockers
• Good Coding abilities
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle
Desirable Requirements
• Experience with storage solutions (File / Block storage, replication, etc. from any vendor)
• Programming with Python
• Git / Jenkins
