Job Description

Job Description Responsibilities

  • Analyze and track contact centre performance against business objectives to identify trends/or patterns, provide business insights, and develop solutions from the strategic perspective of enhancing customer experience in a cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Analyze contact centre BAU performance to evaluate operational stability and effectiveness of processes.
  • Conduct Market research and intelligence activities to remain abreast with the market trends, best practices and IT advancements. Benchmark Swiggy contact center practices within and outside the industry and identify opportunities to automate and modernize systems and processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for key business problems, identify areas for improvement, conceptualize and develop innovative solutions with out-of-the-box thinking. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Provide business insights to key stakeholders and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Seek stakeholder management buy-in and monitor results of recommendations; ensure that the recommended solution is feasible, commercial and competitive.
  • Drive business reviews and develop optimization strategies.
  • Conduct periodic meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with management and concerned stakeholders.
  • Build working solutions to key business problems and focus areas in consultation with the Contact Centre Head.
  • Drive experiments to assess feasibility of proposed solutions from planning to execution.
  • Define success metrics for the experiments, report findings and document conclusions. Prepare implementation road-maps for successful solutions.

  • 1 - 2 years of experience into Business Analyst. Strong problem-solving skills, able to execute structured thinking, pro activeness and able to take ownership of the project
