We create and curate the best food brands to reach multiple consumers through various business models.The Private Brands division in New Supply creates new culinary and food concepts to deliver against large unmet consumer gaps. The vision for the organization is to enable the most delightful food brands experiences for our consumers by meeting known and unknown consumer need gaps. Responsibilities : - Understand the business need (Category Growth, New Brand Launch, Acquisition, Customer Engagement etc.) by engaging with the business stakeholders periodically to identify a food menu based solution.- Engage in customized market research to serve the business need using platform data, competition data, blogs, articles, listicles, google trends, social media etc.- Conduct competition benchmarking once the required information on the food menu is identified through research and collate the required specifics (such as regional flavors, ingredients, food quality, presentation etc.)- Align the suggested menu and its specifics to the R&D team for culinary development by ensuring that the brand guidelines are adhered to.- Work with the R&D team on the various versions of the new brand menu prepared by them by giving them inputs/feedback based on consumer and market insights for improvisations.- Get the brand launch ready by coordinating with stakeholders for photoshoots, naming and descriptions and making pricing suggestions to the business- Define brand success metrics by understanding the platform environment and category performance.- Track the performance of the dishes launched and communicate the same to R&D and Culinary for any improvements.- Profitability & cost management, working closely with the Operations and SCM team- Regular tracking of consumer feedback and identifying means to improve overall consumer experience.- Periodic execution of consumer surveys to track brand NPS (Net Promoter Score) Desired Skills : - Post Graduation (Any)- hospitality/service desirableExperience: 3-4 years Functional Skills: - Understanding of food and beverages and market trends- Qualitative consumer research methods and insight generation- Customer preferences and regional tastes and trends- Good project management skills to drive and keep multifunctional projects on a track with clearly defined success measures- Good influencing skills and stakeholder management skills and ability to get work done from external stakeholders,
