    Job Description
    • Having overall 14 - 16 Years of experience in IT and executed multiple projects
    • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
    • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
    • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
    • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
    • Work with project managers to identify key risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
    • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
    • Review project plan for the projects under the program
    • Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
    • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
    • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
    • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
    • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and team member performance
