Job Description

    • Author Requirements, Algorithm and/or Architecture documents for 4G/CBRS/5G Cloud RAN products
    • Keep up to date with various activities in 3GPP (especially RAN2/RAN3; and partially RAN1/RAN4) and O-RAN
    • Work with various stakeholders to get features implemented in products
    • Preferably carry out systems simulations as and when needed
    • Create new proposals in select areas
    • Work on cloud native architecture for creating end to end solution for 4G/CBRS/5G RAN products
    • Participate in capacity dimensioning and performance optimizations activities
    • Identify gaps and resolve issues related to system performance (e.g. throughput, spectrum efficiency,.)
    • Work with multiple teams for analyzing and fine tuning the system performance
    • Take active part in Customer solution design
    • Help in fixing critical issues when needed
