    Job ID: JRhidden_mobileJob Category: Software EngineeringPrimary Location: Bangalore, KA INOther Locations:Job Type: Experienced HireSystem Software Validation Engineer Job Description The Intel Chrome OS Validation team is looking for skilled software validation engineers to join a growing and high energy team and contribute in an Open Source environment. As the Chrome OS Validation Engineer, you will be performing validation duties that may span the entire Linux and Chrome OS stack, including the Linux kernel and drivers, X/Freon, Mesa, OpenGL, rendering, video, audio, AI/ML and the Chrome browser. You will research requirements, write and execute test cases, write automation scripts, create and report on quality metrics, and collaborate closely with chrome OS and Open Source driver maintainers.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics/others with 5+ years of experience or Masters Degree in same areas with 3+ year experience. - Experience in system validation in Linux environment. - Experience in Linux operating system such as Ubuntu/CentOS/Fedora/Redhat - Experience with Linux scripting such as Shell, Python, Go and Perl. - Experience with a variety of tools including Jenkins, BuildBot, JIRA, and github/Git/Gerrit - Good in problem-solving, debug and analysis skills. - Team player and Great interpersonal and communication skills.
